Suraqah ibn Malik ibn Jushum, Jabbar ibn Sakhr, Hatib ibn Abi Baltacah, Tyad ibn Zuhayr, Abu Usayd as-Sacidi, Aws ibn as-Samit, al-Harith ibn Nawfal, cAbdullah ibn Hudhafah, Zaid ibn Kharijah the one who spoke after death, Labid the poet, al-Musayyab the father of Sacid, Mucadh ibn cAmr ibn al-Jamuh, Macbad ibn alcAbbas, Mucayqib ibn Abi Fatimah ad-Dawsi, Abu Lubabah ibn cAbd al-Mundhir, Nu°aym ibn Mascud al-Ashjaci and others of the Companions.

Apart from the Companions there were Hutay’ah the poet and Abu Dhu’ayb the poet of the tribe of Hudhayl.
